Russell Ansell
Founder, Co-owner
Russell is the founder and co-owner of The Ansell Group Ltd alongside his wife Michelle. Russell started his entrepreneurship in 2007 after he moved from the UK with his family. Russell is the third generation of carpenters and builders, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather. Russell is extremely dedicated in executing quality craftsmanship in every project, as his main priority is the customer, he goes above and beyond to assure quality work and to bring a client’s vision to life. When Russell is not working, he is enjoying time spent with his family in the outdoors and boating.
Michelle Ansell
Co-owner, Office Manager
Michelle is the office manager and co-owner of The Ansell Group Ltd along with her husband Russell Ansell. Michelle is extremely community minded, and is an active volunteer within North Grenville, along with her family. Michelle is hands on with every project. She coordinates with clients to assure teams are managed, scheduled and organized, every step of the way. Whether she is working in the office, picking up materials for projects or helping on the jobsite, Michelle is always working hard to create the best customer experience possible. When Michelle is not in the office, she is likely chasing after her three girls, crafting or enjoying cooking for her family
